This Sweet & Spicy No-Bake Dip is the perfect balance of creamy, sweet, and spicy—all in one easy dish. No oven, no hassle, just bold flavors ready to scoop up with chips, toast, or crackers!
Ingredients:
1 package Boursin Cheese (We love the Garlic & Fine Herbs option!)
1 garlic clove, minced
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or thyme)
½ cup Peach Preserves
1 tub Stater Bros. Fresh Cut Mango Habanero Salsa (can be found in the Stater Bros. produce department, fresh cut station - one of our private label options!)
¼ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
Prepare the Base – In a small bowl, mix the Boursin cheese with minced garlic, chopped shallots, and fresh herbs. Spread evenly on a serving plate (a pie plate works great!).
Add Some Sweetness – Spread the peach preserves over the cheese layer.
Bring the Heat – Spoon Stater Bros. Fresh Cut Mango Habanero Salsa on top for that perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
